| The tubes bending machine 22 tf is designed
for cold bending tubes without auxiliary process with maximum diameter
Ø 63 mm, wall tube thickness g = 2 mm, breaking limit sr = 340
N/mm2. For tubes end forming a standard set of tools is available
for a wide range of tube sizes, but a customize selection can be produced
according to customer's requirements as optional. |

| Machine is hydraulic operated by a
pressure flow pump driven by an electric motor. For bending operation,
EM60 is operated
electronically. Electronic control gives extra speed because multiple
tubes can be produced with the same bending angle. An electronic control
panel located on front of machine with digital display and electric
switches controls the bending operation. One important feature is
bending tubes with preset angle. |
